At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; however, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
